We do not offer internships in the field
MSF Switzerland offers internships in its Geneva and Zurich offices, only as part of an academic or professional training programme.
Internships include:
- Compulsory or optional internships undertaken as part of a qualification-granting training programme;
- Internships following an initial qualification (Bachelor’s degree, CFC, vocational baccalaureate, etc.) in preparation for a second training programme, provided that the usefulness of the internship is certified by the training institution.
Internships take place only in Geneva or Zurich, require a tripartite internship agreement between the training institution, the intern and MSF Switzerland, have a duration defined by this agreement and must meet the conditions established by the Labour Market Supervisory Council. Internships outside Switzerland are not authorised. Internships are published only when a need is identified.

You can submit a volunteering request to our offices in Switzerland. However, volunteering opportunities remain limited and depend on the needs of our teams as well as their capacity to supervise a volunteer engagement.

Professional integration or reintegration measures
Are you supported by an official Swiss professional integration or reintegration programme (AI, ORP/OCE or a specialised organisation)?
MSF Switzerland may host certain measures, depending on the needs of its teams and its capacity to provide supervision.
